MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on the Weekend Shift. Dive into a fast-paced environment working with advanced packaging equipment, complex conveyor systems, PLCs, and modern automation!

salary: $62,000 - $74,880 per year
shift: First
work hours: 5 PM - 5 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Master High-Tech Machinery: Perform advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging equipment, electrical panels, and conveyors.

• Keep Things Moving: Diagnose, repair, and optimize mechanical and electrical conveyor systems to keep our production lines humming.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Perform essential preventive maintenance and keep precise records of repairs, projects, and parts usage.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work directly alongside management and production teams to enhance maintenance efficiency, build better procedures, and minimize downtime.

• Share Your Knowledge: Help upskill the team by providing hands-on training to Machine Operators and fellow Mechanics.

• Safety First: Maintain top-tier OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe, productive work environment for everyone.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
