You’re also resourceful and collaborative with ability to drive process improvement, & ensuring that we exceed customer needs and business requirements A sense of humor is a plus!A Day in the Life:The typical day is… atypical. You might be working with transport providers, technology providers, and operations teams to ensure shipments are delivered. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence. Some additional responsibilities include:Supports and executes retail transportation including DC to store, outbound from storeEnsures carriers are hitting delivery standards such as transit time, and pickup/delivery timelinessException management of issues such as pickups, delays and delivery issuesMaintains visibility tools and processes for stores to see inbound deliveries/support implementation of Tory Vision applicationConducts carrier RFP processes as required to support the retail delivery networkLiaison between transportation providers & store operations/ stores/allocationsEvaluates delivery network for cost & transit opportunitiesTo Land This Role:Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred but not required0-2 years of relevant experience in logisticsStrong written & verbal communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills requiredSelf-motivated and ability to take initiative in a dynamic, fast paced environment Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook & CopilotFamiliarity with Excel macrosKnowledge of Tableau and Power BI preferredWhy You'll Want to Join Our Team:The Global Transportation Team connects our brand to our customers by overseeing the delivery of our products around the world.
