Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Jamestown, ND Shift: Monday – Friday: 8am-5:30pm (Varying hours) Job Schedule: Full or Part Time Weekly Hours: Up to 40 Job Summary The Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will oversee the behavioral services for clients served by Anne Carlsen. The services include the development, implementation and evaluation of client’s behavioral support programs with input from clients’ family members. The position will use behavioral analysis principles to develop the programming for clients within their home, clinic and community settings. QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education Board-Certified Behavior Analyst designation through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board BCBA license in ND or eligible to achieve ND LBA licensure within 6 months of start date Experience/training in development of behavior management/support plans with a good understanding of principles, concepts and methodology of behavioral intervention. Valid North Dakota Driver’s License Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities Two years’ experience as a BCBA Knowledge, understanding and training in the administering of psychometric tests for the purpose of assessing cognitive and adaptive functioning levels Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable) This position will have clinical supervision over Registered Behavior Technician staff, as assigned.
