COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Our client is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment manager based in the Bay Area. The firm works in their office Tuesday - Thursday. JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client seeks an Investor Relations Associate to join the team. Job responsibilities include: Work with the firm’s Head of Investor Relations and Head of Business Development to service existing investors and support the fundraising process Distribute marketing and research materials to existing and prospective investors Track progress and status of all new business development opportunities in CRM (Salesforce) JOB REQUIREMENTS: At least 4 years of experience working in investor relations at a hedge fund, private equity fund, family office and/or endowment/FOFs Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution Exceptional technical skills: CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus), data room platforms and consultant/third party databases Outstanding communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time #J-18808-Ljbffr
