Sales Director - Multifamily Vendor Opportunity

Looking for Northern VA/Washington DC Metro

Remote, field-based

Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Director to support continued growth across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter with multifamily experience who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous sales environment. You will be responsible for managing your territory, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000-$95,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $180,000+

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with multifamily clients
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales effectively
• Represent the organization professionally in the field and at client meetings
• Manage sales activities autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Deliver sales presentations as part of the interview and ongoing sales process

Required Qualifications

• Multifamily industry experience (ideally on the supplier vendor side)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• High energy, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset
