Provide Updates and Explain Repairs in a Way Customers Can Easily Understand. Build Long-lasting Customer Relationships by Delivering Top-notch Service and Support. Assist in Warranty Claims, Invoicing, and Follow-up to Guarantee Customer Satisfaction. What We Are Looking for: A Customer-first Mindset with Great Communication Skills.
