Job Description
A family in Suwanee, Georgia is seeking a warm, patient, and proactive nanny for their three children, ages 10, 8, and 5. Their 10-year-old daughter is emotionally intelligent, creative, and highly relational, thriving with caregivers who include her, encourage her independence, and engage her in crafts, cooking, imaginative play, and outdoor activities. Their 8-year-old son is thoughtful, curious, and sensitive, with strong independent play skills and a love for LEGO, but he benefits from calm one-on-one attention and support with social challenges and emotional regulation. Their 5-year-old daughter is affectionate, verbal, and full of big feelings, she enjoys art projects, cooking, and time with her siblings. The children are energetic and emotionally expressive, and the family is looking for a nanny who is positive, consistent, and skilled at guiding behavior while making each child feel seen and valued. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, family laundry, meal prep and healthy cooking, errands, transportation to activities, organization, and dog care. The ideal candidate is honest, communicative, and comfortable partnering closely with the father, providing clear updates and being proactive about what is working in the home.

Schedule is flexible but main hours that are required are this


MANDATORY HOURS


3:30 - 8pmWednesday, Thursday and every other Friday 3:30p-5pm

Family is willing to provide more hours to do things around the house and those are the hours that are flexible.

When he does not have kids on Friday he can provide up to 19 hours that week


When he does have kids on Friday he can provide up to 24 hours that week
