This program is specifically tailored to individuals who are currently without stable housing. Through meaningful employment and safe accommodations, we aim to help participants achieve long-term independence and success. Second Chance hires receive: Gainful employment. Job training. Life, goal, and financial coaching. On-site housing. All of the regular benefits granted to full-time employees at Impact Companies. Eligibility: Able to lift 40 pounds, do other physical labor. Able to pass a drug test. Willing to follow all rules and policies set forth by Impact Companies.
