What You'll Do

Operate and adjust production machines

Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues

Inspect product and ensure quality standards

Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers)

Perform basic machine setup and adjustments

Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts (day or night)

7 working days every 2 weeks

Overtime may be required based on production needs or coverage

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally

Reliable and team-oriented
