Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities Resolve technical issues related to various products and software. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions. Assist customers through multiple communication channels. Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement. Provide first‑class technical support to customers. Qualifications Technical support experience. Strong troubleshooting and support skills. Excellent customer service mindset. Previous call center or customer support background.
