Quality Manager

Responsibilities Directly manage a team of 10‑20 Quality Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors. Use a strategic mindset to continuously reduce costs and product defects, improve overall quality and customer satisfaction, and implement process improvements. Ensure the plant adheres to ISO and IATF standards and regulations. Analyze current customer warranties, identify ways to improve them, adjust as needed, and conduct warranty investigations. Apply quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, Lean and Six Sigma to improve overall product and plant quality. Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager on the overall growth and direction of the manufacturing facility. Qualifications BS degree in engineering, business or manufacturing is desired, but not required. Exceptional experience in plant and product quality management, including leading teams of quality professionals. Quality certifications strongly desired (CQE, ASQ, internal auditing certifications). Strong root cause and corrective action experience. Ability to manage in a very fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
