Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Leon Springs Location: Autism Center (Leon Springs) 24200 W. Interstate 10 Frontage Rd Job Id: 330 # of Openings: 0 Status: Full Time and Part Time Compensation & Bonus Structure Total compensation includes competitive hourly pay, paid training opportunities, and a sign‑on bonus. Provide therapy services to children ages newborn to 21 years old Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA Collect session data and support treatment progress Use play‑based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands‑on activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team Support caregiver education and carryover across environments Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the BACB in good standing preferred Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently throughout the day Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children Reliable attendance and punctuality required Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexible team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed Commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, high‑quality care Scheduling & Work‑Life Balance Monday–Friday schedule Daytime hours only: 8am–6pm No nights or weekends Flexible scheduling opportunities Immediate openings available Full‑time position with stable hours What Makes Us Different Play‑based ABA therapy focused on meaningful outcomes Strong BCBA mentorship and support Paid training opportunities for career growth Team‑oriented and supportive work culture Leadership focused on employee growth and development Opportunities to make a direct impact in children’s lives and family routines Training & Professional Development Hands‑on mentorship from experienced BCBAs Ongoing clinical training and performance feedback Professional development opportunities provided by Center Managers and BCBA teams Little Spurs Autism Centers provides compassionate, evidence‑based ABA therapy services focused on helping children and families thrive.
