Construction Laborer

Job Description Job Description We are hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support a data center project in Stafford, VA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment and are ready to start immediately. Location: Stafford, VA Duration: 3–10 Month Assignment Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Assist skilled trades (electricians, low voltage techs, carpenters, etc.) on-site Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area Move heavy materials and supplies throughout the job site Assist with basic installation tasks and general labor duties Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines Support daily construction operations as directed by supervisors Qualifications: Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required) Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation to Woodford, VA Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions OSHA certification is a plus but not required Schedule & Compensation: Full-time hours with potential overtime Competitive hourly pay Weekly pay available Company Description Talent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
