Part-Time Personal Banking Representative

As a Personal Banking Representative, you are the first person people talk to whether doing business in person or on the phone. To succeed in this role, you are a team-oriented individual with a zealous attitude. Main Responsibilities: Provide superior service by waiting on customers via drive-up, lobby, and phone Complete transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, etc. Assist with debit card inquiries from issuing cards to handling disputes Utilize technology to assist customers with various banking products and services such as online banking and digital wallets Complete new account requests Improve our customer experience by being a friendly, familiar face and promoting products and services that fit our customer needs.
