Office Support Assistant - Part Time

If you want something that fits perfectly between school drop-off and pick-up, still allows time for you to get personal errands accomplished, and follows the school schedule with plenty of flexibility, then this might be just what you're looking for!

We're a growing lawn care and Christmas light company, and we're on the hunt for someone to help out in our office part-time. This role is a mix of hands-on office support and creative marketing help: running errands, scanning/printing, cleaning office, answering phones during busy call times, managing our social media ads, coordinating graphic design projects, pitching in on email campaigns and customer appreciation touches like special occasion gift deliveries and baking cookies!

This isn't a marketing specialist role; we're not looking for deep expertise there, just someone organized and dependable who also happens to enjoy design, advertising, and creative projects.

The position is part-time (12-20 hours/week), and you can work anytime Monday–Thursday between 9 AM and 3 PM (whatever works best for your schedule).
