Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse is needed in Detroit, Michigan for a 13-week assignment. The role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients in the emergency department. The nurse will supervise staff, support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality and safe patient care, and ensure staff competency and resource management. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional able to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Detroit, Michigan
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Emergency Nursing (preferred) or relevant licensure, a valid state nursing license, minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with emergency department protocols and short-term hospital assignments
• Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.
