Current provider schedule is Tuesday through Thursday , but we are open to discussing both full-time and part-time opportunities with the right candidate.

Practice Overview

Join a modern, well-established dental practice in Guilford, Connecticut , where you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care in a collaborative and technology-driven environment. This established practice has built a loyal patient base and is seeking a General Dentist to step into an existing opportunity following the departure of a provider.

The office features 8 fully equipped operatories and is equipped with advanced technology including:

• CBCT and panoramic imaging
• iTero digital scanning
• Intraoral cameras in every operatory
• Digital radiography (adult and pediatric sensors)
• Rotary endodontic system
• Cavitron ultrasonic units

The practice also benefits from an on-site Periodontist twice per month , providing a collaborative environment for multidisciplinary care. Daily support includes 1–3 Registered Dental Hygienists , allowing providers to focus on comprehensive treatment while maintaining a productive schedule.

Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our growing clinical team and provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in a well-established practice. This opportunity offers the flexibility of either a full-time or part-time schedule while stepping into an established patient base.

The ideal candidate is passionate about comprehensive dentistry, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and values working collaboratively with an experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
• Diagnose and present individualized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.
• Utilize advanced technology, including CBCT, iTero digital scanning, and digital radiography, to enhance diagnosis and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with hygienists, specialists, and support staff to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Connecticut dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.
• Experience preferred, but confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.
