Supervisor – Remote Testing100% Onsite | Full-Time | $30.00/hour9:00 AM - 5:30 PMLead the Leaders Behind Secure, High-Stakes TestingEvery day, professionals across the country rely on our team to complete exams that can impact the next step in their careers.We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead the people behind that operation.This role oversees a team of frontline Team Leads and is responsible for employee performance, accountability, administrative oversight, leadership development, and operational consistency across Remote Testing.This is a leadership role for someone who communicates clearly, follows through, isn't afraid of difficult conversations, and knows how to develop others while maintaining high expectations.What You'll OwnDirectly lead, coach, and develop Remote Testing Team LeadsEnsure consistent leadership and operational expectations across all shiftsConduct one-on-ones, performance coaching, and follow-upAddress attendance, behavioral, and performance concernsManage corrective-action processes in partnership with management and HRReview time punches, attendance, schedules, and time-off requestsMonitor department performance and prepare operational reportsReview escalations, security concerns, and unusual testing eventsEnsure Team Leads are maintaining appropriate operational and security oversightSupport hiring, interviewing, training, and onboardingIdentify performance trends and develop improvement plansPartner with management and other departments to resolve operational concernsProvide higher-level support when frontline leadership needs assistanceHow Our Leadership Structure WorksOur Team Leads run the real-time operation throughout the day. They manage workflow, support agents, monitor testing activity, respond to immediate concerns, and step into OBA or proctoring work when needed.The Supervisor leads those Team Leads and ensures the operation is being managed consistently, effectively, and accountably across all shifts.That means knowing when to coach, when to step in, when to escalate, and when to hold someone accountable.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first 90 days, we want you to:Know your people. Build strong working relationships with your Team Leads and employees while establishing clear expectations.Know the operation. Develop a strong understanding of our systems, security requirements, client expectations, and testing procedures.Develop your leaders. Coach Team Leads to confidently run their shifts, solve problems, communicate effectively, and hold their teams accountable.Create consistency. Ensure expectations don't change depending on the shift or who happens to be leading that day.Follow through.
