Team Lead – Remote Testing100% Onsite | Full-Time | 2 Positions Available$22 per hour6:00 AM – 2:30 PM10:00 AM – 6:30 PMLead From the FloorRemote Testing is a fast-moving operation where security matters, details matter, and strong frontline leadership matters.We are looking for Team Leads who want to be actively involved in the operation-not manage it from the sidelines. As a Team Lead, you will be the frontline leader employees look to throughout the shift. You'll manage workflow, answer questions, identify problems, support your team, and help ensure candidates receive a secure and professional testing experience.And when the team needs help, you jump in.What You'll DoRun day-to-day Remote Testing operations during your assigned shiftMaintain an active and visible leadership presence with the teamMonitor testing queues, staffing, workflow, and assignments in real timeAssign onboarding and proctoring sessionsEnsure established testing and security procedures are being followedIdentify unusual or potentially suspicious testing activity and escalate appropriatelyAssist employees with questions and real-time problem solvingHandle initial candidate escalations and operational concernsCommunicate important issues and shift information to the Supervisor and other Team LeadsProvide immediate coaching and feedback when neededDocument employee or operational concerns for Supervisor follow-upCoordinate breaks and coverage to maintain service levelsStep in as an OBA or Proctor whenever operational demand requires itSupport calls, emails, or SMS when additional customer-service coverage is neededThis Is a Working Leadership PositionOur Team Leads aren't removed from the work-they are part of it.There may be times when you're directing the operation one minute and onboarding or proctoring a candidate the next.We're looking for someone who sees a growing queue and thinks "Where do you need me?" rather than waiting to be asked to help.You'll have the authority to provide real-time direction and coaching to employees while partnering with the Supervisor on attendance, performance concerns, corrective actions, and other formal employee matters.Team Lead CoverageOur Team Leads provide overlapping coverage throughout the entire Remote Testing day. The overlapping schedule allows Team Leads to communicate, coordinate coverage, and provide continuity between shifts.What We're Looking ForPrevious leadership, senior-agent, trainer, or Team Lead experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable giving employees direction and immediate feedbackAble to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-moving environmentHighly observant with strong attention to detailComfortable identifying and escalating potential security concernsTechnically savvy and comfortable troubleshootingAble to prioritize several competing needs at onceWilling to jump into frontline work whenever the operation needs supportReliable, accountable, and consistentComfortable working within strict procedures and security requirementsExperience in remote testing, proctoring, call centers, customer service, or operations is strongly preferred.What Success Looks LikeA successful Team Lead doesn't simply keep track of what is happening.They know what's happening.Your team knows you're available.
