Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Operations and Workflow Project Manager In person, Downtown Chicago, IL 60611 – Corporate Hours Monday‑Friday. New Campus: 455 N Cityfront Plaza Dr. Suite 2515 Chicago, IL 60611. Compensation Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. Responsibilities Ensure delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care while managing nursing staff, budgets, compliance, and community outreach. Review efficiency and productivity data to meet quality goals, create processes and documentation needed for compliant operations. Provide clinical oversight of the clinics and support clinical operations. Ensure delivery of quality services to all patients. Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the clinic. Design, document, and refine clinical workflow. Analyze productivity metrics and quality goals to implement continuous improvements to daily practice management. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices. Prioritize daily responsibilities while working independently. Implement risk‑management strategies and emergency preparedness plans. Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times. Lead, motivate, and coach a team, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Recognize clinical red flags and elevate care as needed. Work effectively in multiple systems (tech‑savvy). Qualifications 3–5 years of healthcare operations, practice management, or clinical workflow redesign experience. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing or healthcare administration program (required). RN license (required). Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette. High proficiency in medical terminology, organizational and documentation skills. Knowledge of rural health challenges, population health, and resource management. Ability to recognize clinical red flags and respond accordingly. Ability to commute to Chicago, IL 60611.
