Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler

St. Charles, MO | 1st Shift | $19-$20/Hour

Do you have experience soldering electronic components and enjoy hands-on assembly work? We're looking for a Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll build, inspect, and repair electronic assemblies while ensuring the highest quality standards.

• Hand solder and desolder through-hole and SMT components
• Assemble circuit boards, wiring, and electronic assemblies
• Read and follow schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
• Inspect completed assemblies and perform quality checks
• Troubleshoot and repair defective components as needed
• Use soldering irons, microscopes, and precision hand tools
• Follow IPC standards and ESD procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Document repairs and production activities

• Previous soldering experience required
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Experience working with small electronic components
• Electronics assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• IPC certification is a plus but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
