Quick Facts Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing/per client need Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time (W-2) Licenses/Certs: Valid RT (RRT) license, BLS certification, valid driver's license (clean record) Experience: 1+ year in respiratory or home healthcare preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $32-$36/hour Annual Salary: $66,560-$74,880 Bonuses: $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days) Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescriptions Mileage reimbursement for patient visits Paid time off and holidays 401(k)/HSA/FSA/Dependent Care FSA Life insurance and disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Ongoing training and support What You'll Do Conduct in-home patient assessments on respiratory status and equipment needs Provide clinical education to patients and caregivers on respiratory device use and maintenance Adjust ventilator, oxygen, and related therapy settings per physician orders Troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices, alarms, and malfunctions Support patients remotely via phone follow-ups Travel locally using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Participate in on-call rotation for ventilator-related issues Document all patient interactions and equipment activities accurately Work autonomously delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the home environment What You Need Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license BLS certification High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel within service areas (Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Bullhead City) Willingness to participate in on-call rotation Experience with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea, or wound care is a plus Strong communication and troubleshooting skills About the Assignment This position offers the chance to work with a leading home health company providing respiratory care to patients in their homes.
