We have an exciting opportunity in Poway, CA for a Project Administrator. With general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration of operational aspects of ongoing projects within the Operational Excellence group, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting using Power BI.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administers daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects; participates in project plan development, with a focus on tracking and reporting key operational and project performance metrics.
• Integrates and analyzes project and operational data to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; develops and maintains Power BI reports and dashboards to provide visibility to all key parties.
• Participates in problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients by using data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records, including standardized Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that support data-driven decision making.
• May represent the organization with outside organizations, including communicating project status and data-driven insights.
• Provides direction to support staff and may provide direction to less experienced professional staff in the use of reporting tools, data standards, and project administration processes.
• Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information, including project, operational, and personnel data.
• Actively supports continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives, including documenting and standardizing processes and metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
