The Receptionist is the welcoming face of our agency, keeping the front office running smoothly while learning the business from the ground up. We provide full support toward Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licensing, with a clear path to grow into a licensed sales or service role. Direct the flow of customers on the phone and in the office, routing inquiries to the right team member quickly and accurately. Learn to take payments and assist customers with billing questions. Support the agency by completing daily online tasks and updating account notes accurately. Assist customers, ensuring clear communication and an excellent experience. Actively study to pass the Nevada Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licensing exams within the agency's established timeframe, with full support provided. Learn agency systems, products, and processes while building toward a licensed role and taking on growing responsibilities as skills develop. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong desire to earn insurance licenses and build a long-term career in the industry. Energetic, tenacious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude. Reliable, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
