Property Manager

Are you a natural problem-solver who sees what needs to happen next and makes it happen? Lily Development is looking for a proactive, organized Property Manager to oversee approximately 100 apartment units in Center City, Philadelphia. This is a role for a doer, not a task-taker. You’ll work with tenants, leasing agents, vendors, contractors, and our team to keep properties running smoothly, solve problems quickly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 yearly, based on experience Paid time off Growth opportunities Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations making sure everything is in place Handle tenant requests, maintenance, repairs, and inspections Coordinate vendors, contractors, and leasing agents Maintain accurate Buildium records and follow-ups Support bookkeeping, banking, and administrative tasks Spot problems, solve them, and follow through Qualifications: 3+ years of property management experience Buildium system experience highly preferred Strong organization and follow-through Excellent communication and people skills Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated Has valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willing to travel Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 yearly base salary
