Sr. Project Manager 
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project execution to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial construction experience and can effectively coordinate teams, clients, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is an established general contractor focused on preconstruction planning, cost control, and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost control
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Review drawings and ensure scope accuracy
• Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Lead project meetings and client communication
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Support procurement and project closeout

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ground-up project management experience with project sizes of $5M
• Ground up, or renovation experience preferred
• Commercial construction background (ground-up or renovations)
• Strong budget and schedule management skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs

Preferred

• Construction Management or related degree
• Design, build, or negotiated project experience
• Familiarity with Florida market
