Responsibilities: Perform daily accounting tasks such as maintaining ledger accounts, and preparing and posting a variety of entries. Manage client billing, including preparing, finalizing, and sending out invoices. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Conduct account reconciliations regularly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Review and process expense reports and receipts submitted by employees to ensure accurate entry and compliance with company policy. Assist with audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries. Qualifications: Recent graduates, OK. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel. Experience with accounting software and databases. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot numerical errors. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
