What you'll do: Establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination. Oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes for accurate, high-performing designs. What we're looking for: Proven experience in BIM leadership and electrical design for advanced facilities. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM workflows. Here's what you'll need: High school graduate or equivalent At least 10 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3D modeling / drafting At least 3 years of design experience with Revit and Navisworks At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Lead Proficiency in AutoCAD Ideally, you'll also have: Knowledge and application of NEC and electrical design requirements Two-year associate's degree in relevant field At least 2 years of semiconductor experience Posted salary range: minimum $98,300.00 to upper $135,100.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
