Workers Compensation Attorney

Yrulegui & Roberts, a Fresno-based workers' compensation defense law firm, is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated associate with a strong work ethic. Candidate must be based in California. We require 0-5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense and/or employment law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Duties Represent clients in legal proceedings such as hearings, trials, and depositions Conduct legal research and analysis to provide advice and support to clients Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients Prepare and present oral arguments in court Collaborate with colleagues and legal professionals to develop case strategies Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures Excellent research, writing, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Pay: $90,000 - $175,000 per year 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Please email cover letter and resume to Holly Cooke at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
