Veterinary Center of Parker is seeking a full-time  Client Care Representative to join our growing, AAHA-accredited hospital.

About the Role

As the face of our clinic, you’ll create a welcoming, supportive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors. You’ll serve as the connection between pet parents and our medical team while helping keep our paperless practice running smoothly.

Your day may include:

• Greeting and checking in clients
• Managing phones and scheduling appointments
• Handling prescription requests and follow-ups
• Supporting team communication
• Contributing ideas to help us grow and improve

What We’re Looking For

• Veterinary customer service experience preferred — but not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort with computers
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Flexible schedule (rotating Saturdays required)
