ABOUT THE ROLE

The Financial Analyst III (FA III) primary responsibilities include performing financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform decisions related to the following functions: long-term strategic planning, investor relations, capital markets, commercial negotiations, and M&A. This person will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and will have a strong work ethic. This teammate will have to be collaborative while demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills, and a keen business acumen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Performs financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform financial, strategic, and commercial decision making. Collaborates with teams across the business to gather key assumptions. Owns, maintains, and continuously improves Crown Castle’s long-term corporate model, which is an instrumental tool in all transformative or large-scale strategic and financial decisions. Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed and presents findings to senior management. Expectations Demonstrates strong technical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills (written, verbal and visual). Clearly and concisely communicates deliverables and anticipates next steps by maintaining focus of ultimate objective and visualizing audience’s perspective. Works collaboratively and balances accuracy and timeliness to deliver on time. Utilizes prioritization skills to balancelong-term and short-term needs. Develops relationships, a brand of excellence, and a thoughtful communication style to influence conversations and outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or related Experience Qualifications 3+ years of experience in finance, business, or economics Experience with financial analysis, valuation, and modeling Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills Organizational Relationship Reports to : M anager, Finance Title(s) of Direct Reports (if applicable): N/A Where You Will Work This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

All offices provide free beverages and snacks. Compensation The salary range offered for this position is $85400 - $117500 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
