Senior Flow Cytometry QC Analyst (Cell Therapy)

Role: Senior Quality Control Analyst specializing in flow cytometry-based cell characterization, potency, and release assays within a GMP laboratory. Responsibilities Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for flow cytometry assays. Lead assay development, validation, and transfer processes. Collaborate across CMC, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5+ years in biologics or cellular therapeutics. Hands-on experience with flow cytometry techniques and instruments such as BD FACSCanto/LSR, MACSQuant. Proficiency with analysis software like FlowJo.
