Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Night shift (6:30pm - 7:00am), every Saturday/Sunday/Monday

Contract Length: 8 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse license within the state
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
ENPC, TNCC, and/or TNS preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.
Evaluate patient outcomes and consult with other specialists and departments as required.
Adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care and flow through the Emergency Room.
Meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care for patients and their families.
Communicate effectively with physicians regarding changes in patient status and results of diagnostic studies.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or treatment responses.
