About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to help manage a high volume recruiting pipeline and partner closely with our hiring managers.

This is a hands on role for someone who can independently manage candidates from the initial conversation through later interview stages while maintaining a fast, organized, and professional process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 30 or more candidate intro calls each week

• Introduce candidates to Retell AI, our culture, open roles, and interview process

• Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivations, and alignment with role requirements

• Manage candidate pipelines and keep stages, notes, and follow-ups organized

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on expectations

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Identify pipeline gaps and proactively recommend solutions

• Help create an efficient and positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in either technical or go-to-market roles, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment.

• Experience managing a high volume of interviews and candidates

• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills

• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and setting clear expectations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and move quickly

• Strong experience with Ashby is preferred

• Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours.

Job Details

• This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position.

• The role can be remote if you are available to work Pacific Time hours, or onsite at our Redwood City office.

• Compensation ranges from approximately $4,300–$8,500 USD per month .

• Final compensation will depend on your experience and location.
