This role leads the training and development of all team members, supervisors, and chefs, including the design and execution of ongoing programs focused on technical skills, guest service excellence, and leadership development, as well as onboarding all new hires. The F&B Administrator partners with leadership to support and complete Pay for Performance reviews, provides guidance on internal HR matters including coaching and team member development, and ensures compliance through accurate reporting and recordkeeping.
