Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, handling challenging and rewarding cases.
Responsibilities :
Assist in all phases of litigation, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
Attend court appearances, hearings, and depositions
Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
Manage case files and maintain strong client communication
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in New Jersey (in good standing)
1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in Personal injury/medical/dental malpractice defense or related areas
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
