Associate Attorney (Medical Malpractice Defense) Job Type: Full-Time
Squadron RPO is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join a well-established litigation practice based in Morristown, New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in medical malpractice defense work or those seeking to develop or deepen their experience in this specialized area of litigation.
This position offers a strong platform for professional growth within a respected litigation practice. The firm is committed to developing attorneys through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated medical malpractice defense work. The Associate Attorney will have meaningful opportunities to contribute to complex litigation matters while working closely with experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative environment.
The Associate Attorney will support the firm’s medical malpractice defense practice and work closely with experienced litigators on all aspects of case development and litigation.
Responsibilities will include legal research and writing, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.
This role offers meaningful exposure to complex medical malpractice defense matters within a collaborative and high-performing legal team.
