Strategic Compensation Analyst - Remote

Remote job

WM is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation to support its pay programs and policies. The role partners with HR, management, and HR Technology to design, analyze, and administer compensation solutions that attract and retain talent. This is a remote work from home opportunity for candidates based in the United States. The Senior Analyst will lead market pricing, job evaluations, pay benchmarking, and create data-driven presentations with insights and recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr WM
