Compensation: $35,000–$75,000+ per year | Uncapped earning potential

We’re looking for a customer-focused, motivated professional to join our team as an Insurance Service Team Member.

This is more than answering phones and processing policy changes. You’ll help existing customers solve problems, understand their coverage and billing, and identify opportunities where we may be able to help with additional insurance and financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Provide prompt, accurate service to existing customers by phone, email, and other agency channels.
• Handle policy changes, billing questions, payments, transfers, claim submissions, and other service requests.
• Research premium increases, decreases, and account discrepancies.
• Process cancellation requests and make appropriate retention efforts.
• Complete assigned sales and service tasks accurately and on time.
• Identify additional insurance needs during customer conversations.
• Make Life Insurance and Financial Services pivots and schedule qualified appointments with the Agent.
• Participate in daily service, activity, and production goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow customer issues through resolution.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who communicates well, takes ownership of their work, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable being held accountable to measurable goals.

You should be organized, coachable, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and willing to have sales conversations when you identify a legitimate customer need.

Insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter.

Licensing Requirements

You must currently hold or be willing to obtain and maintain the required North Carolina insurance licenses:

• Property & Casualty Licenses onboard to start
• Life and Health Licenses within 90 days
• Complete required training and continuing education
