This includes scheduling, training, motivating employees daily Assist service team on the floor, take and serve orders if necessary and assist with wine service. (International Sommeliers guild Wine Fundamentals 1 or 2 preferred) Supervises division activities, overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets Ensures profitability, efficient operations and adherence to established safety and quality standards daily Inventories supplies and beverages and maintains accurate inventory records monthly Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable team member and guest relations as needed Administers state liquor laws as they pertain to operations daily Deals with guests’ challenges and communicates all issues with Director of Food and Beverage and Food and Beverage Managers Assures that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive, engaged and following-through on all requests Represents organization as point of contact ensuring guests’ needs are met and expectations exceeded Ensures a safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment that need repair immediately and that the work area is clean and orderly Qualifications 2+ years lead or supervisory experience and/or training in comparable food service operation The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and interpret regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS system(s) Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations Necessary State Food Handler’s License and Liquor Serving Permit Don’t meet every single requirement?
