The Restaurant Line Cook plays a vital role within a small kitchen brigade, working multiple shifts and collaborating with a cross-functional food prep team. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, this position primarily operates during night and weekend shifts, focusing on efficient food preparation, maintaining ingredient stock, and ensuring a clean and sanitary station.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Manage ingredients and maintain inventory levels
• Clean and organize the cooking station throughout shifts
• Apply various cooking techniques to ensure proper food quality
