Summary

The Provider / Domain Lead (Principal Application Architect) is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the Provider+ domain, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into solution design, configuration, testing, and operational readiness. The role serves as the primary functional SME, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams to manage requirements, drive design decisions, oversee configuration and testing activities, resolve issues, and maintain traceability from requirements through implementation and go-live readiness

What we're looking for

Requirements Validation 

• Own functional requirements for the Provider+ domain.
• Ensure accuracy of How Requirement Met and acceptance criteria and lead requirement discussions during Requirement Validation meetings. 
• Maintain requirement metadata (system components, configuration items, dependencies) 

Design

• Plan, facilitate, and manage design sessions 
• Drive completion of all domain design documents and business rule artifacts 
• Coordinate design demos to illustrate configuration and system behavior

Build / Configuration

• Lead planning and execution for Provider+ configuration and any custom build 
• Oversee configuration for Enrollment, Maintenance, Revalidation, etc. 
• Ensure build aligns to approved design and documented business rules 

Testing 

• Review test cases for alignment to requirements and acceptance criteria 
• Provide domain SME support during SIT execution
• Support defect analysis, research, and resolution 

User Acceptance Testing

• Provide SME support to UAT team during execution 
• Validate readiness against requirements and acceptance criteria
• Support user questions, training validation, and defect resolution 

Cross-Phase / Ongoing

• Maintain end-to-end traceability (functional requirements → design → config → testing) 
• Manage domain-level RAID items and decision logs 
• Coordinate across Product, AD&I, Testing, Training, and Technical teams 

Operational Readiness Review

• Support operational readiness activities (environment, data, process, staffing readiness) 
• Provide domain input to ORR reviews with the client 
• Support parallel testing and performance testing spanning UAT and ORR
