HR Generalist: Build HR from Ground Up in Manufacturing

Mesabi Metallics is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to help establish and grow our organization in Iowa. This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations as we build processes and talent pipelines from the ground up. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
