It is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The unit’s patient ratio is 1:6. The patient population primarily includes adults. Common diagnoses treated include Stroke and Heart Failure. The facility uses electronic health record systems for documentation. The work environment requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must be able to provide compassionate care to patients. A strong team-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.
