Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Governance Project Manager to lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring effective governance, structured execution, and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle, strong project governance experience, and the ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot to improve project management efficiency and productivity.

Experience in the payments domain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end, from initial planning and project initiation through execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, standards, and controls.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, status reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project deliverables, decisions, action items, and key performance indicators to ensure transparency and compliance with established processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve project governance, reporting, and delivery processes using Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and established governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with end-to-end project management experience from project inception through completion .
• Strong experience in project governance, including governance frameworks, reporting, oversight, risk management, and stakeholder accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, including using AI-powered tools to support project planning, reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, and productivity.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and drive projects toward successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the payments industry or payments technology domain .
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project governance standards, executive reporting, risk and issue management, and project delivery methodologies.

Key Must-Haves

1. End-to-end project management experience from initiation to completion.
2. Strong project governance experience.
3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
