Front Desk Receptionist

Previous front desk or receptionist experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information. Maintain accurate patient information within Epic. Respond to patient questions and route messages to the appropriate clinical staff. Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow. Complete general administrative and front desk duties as assigned. Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
