You and your team are bringing power back to the patients you serve. In doing this, you will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team by providing direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.Responsibilities:You're a teacher, a healer, and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.You're a team player and are looking for collaboration, but you're also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive.You're equally adept at growing and mentoring your clinical team while also addressing patient's needs. You know your goal is to support your therapists and assistants in the design, implementation, and execution of programs that will restore, reinforce, and enhance your patient's abilities.You're adaptable and in tune with the needs of your team, needs of the patient, and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.You know that being a Director of Rehab means you're a teacher who can support, grow, and mentor your clinical team while always putting your patients first.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferredLicensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practiceThorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing requiredMust have good verbal and written communication skillsMust possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriatelyMust have thorough knowledge of all state practice actsMust possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general publicMust possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staffPosted Salary Range USD $44.08 - USD $50.00 /Hr. Bonus USD $10,000.00
