What You'll Do As a Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing wealth management industry expertise and insights to Asset & Wealth Management clients. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. While contributing to client cases, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected. Additionally, as a Manager – BCG Vantage you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the wealth management business, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the Asset & Wealth Management sector within the Financial Institutions Practice Area, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As a Manager – BCG Vantage, you may line manage junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support. For US Locations Only In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach. Compensation Base salary range for this role in New York is $136,600 - $142,500. Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. Bonus up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
