We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to help lead an established, high-performing team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strong hospitality professional with previous management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work closely with the General Manager and management team to help oversee the day-to-day operation while leading by example and developing your leadership skills.

What You'll Do

You'll play an active leadership role in the daily operation by helping ensure exceptional guest experiences, supporting your team, and maintaining the high standards Cypress Street is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the General Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant
• Leading and coaching front and back of house teams during service
• Ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality
• Maintaining company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Supervising shifts while creating a positive, accountable work environment
• Assisting with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training team members
• Coaching employees through performance management and ongoing development
• Helping manage labor while maintaining excellent guest service
• Supporting scheduling and daily staffing needs
• Monitoring inventory, ordering, and proper product rotation
• Ensuring health department standards and food safety procedures are consistently followed
• Resolving guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Supporting company initiatives, policies, and operational procedures
• Leading by example with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a hospitality leader who enjoys developing people, thrives in busy restaurants, and understands that great operations begin with strong leadership.

Qualified candidates should have:

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience leading high-volume shifts
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Strong understanding of labor management and daily restaurant operations
• Knowledge of food safety and health department standards
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other business needs
