Description of the job:
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas Performs other related duties as assigned Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces Please apply by responding or visit our website here:
